What happens on the day?

For Scans at Rozelle

We are located at 614 Darling St Rozelle, within the comfortable rooms of Rozelle Physiotherapy. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scan to ensure we can run on time. We have waiting areas both indoors and outdoors for your comfort and safety.

For Mobile Scans

When it’s time for your appointment, one of our friendly team will visit you at your home with all the equipment necessary for a professional, high quality 3D baby ultrasound. During the scan you will be lying on our comfortable portable scanning bed, and if you have family or friends attending they can sit nearby. You and any family or friends will watch the live projection of all of the scanning in real time. You will get to see 2D images and video as well as 3D and 4D images and video.

The person conducting your scan will explain everything they are seeing to you and will work with you to get the best possible images. Throughout the scan we will be saving images and videos to our state of the art ultrasound machine to review at the end of the exam. You will have the choice of which images and vidoes you would like to keep depending on the package you choose.

How to Prepare

On the day of your appointment, please make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing. We will also need a clear space to set up the portable ultrasound bed, printer and projector. If there are any special instructions for parking or accessing the property please let us know in advance as we will be carrying heavy equipment.
While you do not need to fill your bladder prior to your ultrasound, we recommend staying well hydrated in the days leading up to your scan to give us the best chance of getting really great pictures and videos for you.
